Last Saturday, Aubrey came downstairs dressed like a teenager.
She was wearing a skirt that is suddenly four inches shorter (boy she's grown), an undershirt with a wide collared shirt over it (so you can see the straps from the undershirt), and my sunglasses and white heals. All in all, a very fashionable outfit...something that I NEVER would have been able to put together at her age. In fact, I still don't think I could do that.
I asked her to stand against the wall so I could take pictures...of course she posed. Then, I went into my room. Later, when I was downloading pictures, I noticed that Aubrey had taken some pictures of her own...then, she recruited William to take some. Great! Now I have both a model and a photographer in the making.
The best part of it all (beside the amazing poses) was the comment Aubrey made later that night.
She had taken off this outfit and replaced it with another. I asked her why she had done that and she said, "That outfit just wasn't appropriate for me."
Halleluiah! There's a chance! Maybe....somehow...I will be able to make it through this MOM thing.

HOLY COW, Aubrey is REALLY growing up, and is GORGEOUS! I love the pictures. I't sounds like you are doing a GREAT job as a mom! I hope my girls have the same attitude!
Oh Cami...you're in for some serious trouble.....
I love it!! A model in the making!
Oh, I'm still laughing from reading that...my eyes are watering. I LOVE her. It's only going to get better as she gets older:)
