I couldn't believe how fast the snow was coming down. At 2:30 I went to Aubrey's school to pick her up. All of the kids were walking out the front door and yelling, "SNOW!" I couldn't help but smile as the kids were having a difficult time containing their enthusiasm and the teachers were having a difficult time containing the children. By the time I got to Emily's house to drop off Brad and Zach, I looked like a half drowned cat. I had wet snow in my hair that was falling down my back! Yeow! {or should I say "meow!}
By the time I got home at 3:30, there was snow everywhere.
2:30 pm & 3:30 pm
See!
Here are my blossoms covered in snow.
I hope they don't freeze.....they probably will. {sigh}
Brooke brought me her coat and then went and knocked on the front door. I guess that meant she wanted to play.
Freezing Aubrey.
William's snowman.
I was trying to teach him how to "roll" the snow to make the balls, instead of just making a mound like all of our neighbors. I'm not sure if he got it because he was too busy throwing snow at me.

Our beautiful, snow covered home.

I just blogged about this crazy snow storm too. I loved your post. Very clever! And the snowman is groovy.
That's the fun kind of snow storm. The one that leaves enough to play in and then melts within a few days and doesn't end up like the foot and a half on my lawn that is now yucky and NOT MELTING FAST ENOUGH!!!! Cute Snowman! I'm sure the kids were loving it!
We didn't get nearly that much over here in Wylie. It all melted quickly, and the kids are already outside on the trampoline.
Look how happy your kids are to be out playing in the snow. Wow. Snow in Texas...that's so hard to believe. Oh, and I love the snowman!
We can't believe that it snowed that much in Dallas. It is like we switched places. It is almost 60 degrees here in Utah. Love the snowman.
Cami, my little nieces and nephew are sure growing up. I love reading about what you guys are up to. The snow looks like fun, we haven't had a chance to play in it at all this year! I would love to have access to your blog so I don't have to use Tuesdee's account :)
