Yesterday was Elliott's Birthday and we had a great day. The kids were very excited for Daddy to open their presents. I think they made him 10 cards each. As Aubrey was handing Elliott yet another card, I realized that I was going to have to buy some new ones to replenish the reserves that she had secretly broken into.
Later that night, we had some friends over for cheesecake and cookies. Yes, I know that is not your typical birthday fare, but it's Elliott's favorite (the cheesecake, that is) so we had it anyway.
We had a wonderful day and it was great to have our amazing father and husband home to share it with us. The last 3 years he has been hunting in Wyoming on his birthday.

Aubrey looks JUST like all you Barclay girls--Tasha especially. Happy Birthday Elliott. Cheesecake is Chad's birthday choice too.
