The Many Birthday Parties of Aubrey Phillips

How many birthday parties can one girl have?!

Almost every year we are in Utah for Aubrey's birthday. So, she ends up getting a party with my family, then a party with Elliott's family, and THEN a party with her friends when we get home. That's a lot of partying!

Now, normally I wouldn't have done a friends party...because we only do them on even birthday years.....but last year Aubrey didn't get one because Brooke was three weeks old and I didn't want to do it. So we went ahead and let her have ANOTHER party with her friends. I have to admit, it was very easy to pull together and the girls seemed to have a good time.

Scroll on down and see all the pictures from Aubrey's month of Birthday Celebrations.

Party # 1 - with the Barclay Family at the Cabin

Cake #1

Party #2 - with the Phillips Family in Heber City

Aubrey wanted to go ice skating for her birthday, so we took the kids to Midway and they skated with their cousins....mom only fell down once {thanks William}.

Cake #2 - She wanted a cup cake tower...nice and easy.

Party # 3

The Final Party!!!

We had 10 little girls at the house {luckily Mary let William go with them to Going Bonkers}.
The girls ate pizza, watched
High School Musical, opened presents and had cake and ice cream. We had a great time...Brooke even got in on the fun.
The part that surprised me was how much stuff these little girls ate - 2 large pizzas, 4 bags of popcorn, 1 large bag of M&Ms and cake and ice cream.
I hope they didn't get sick!

The FINAL cake.

What a month. Hopefully next year will be easier......wait a minute...next year she will be 8!

It sounds like she seriously has the life. What girl wouldn't want 3 birthday parties. I heard Greg and Elliott were talking about us meeting up sometime soon. Do you think we ought to take over the planning so it will happen sooner rather than later?
